A Concert for Winter - 2009 10
Globe Education has an active programme of creative events and projects, available free for those who work, live and learn in its home Borough of Southwark. The annual ‘Concert for Winter’ is a celebration of the Southwark community through song and music and took place this year at 1pm on Thursday 10 December, on stage at Shakespeare’s Globe. It featured over 450 school children from nursery, primary and secondary schools in Southwark, as well as choir performances from staff at Shakespeare’s Globe, American students from the Rutgers Conservatory Globe Education Programme, and the Metropolitan Police.
